Weblyft is a web design and development service operated by Jovan Dhillon, based in British Columbia, Canada. We build websites for trades and service businesses across Canada.

We only collect information you voluntarily provide to us. This includes:
- Your name, business name, email address, and phone number when you submit our contact form
- Messages or details you include when reaching out about our services
- Payment information processed through Stripe when you purchase a service (we never see or store your card details directly)

We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and discuss your project
- Deliver the web design services you've hired us for
- Send project updates, invoices, and support communications
- Follow up if we have not yet been in contact
We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content unless you explicitly ask for them.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. When you pay for a Weblyft service, your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure system. Weblyft never sees, handles, or stores your payment card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data and can be found at stripe.com/privacy.
Form Submissions
Our contact form is powered by Netlify Forms. When you submit a form on this site, your data is stored by Netlify and delivered to us by email. Netlify's privacy policy applies to this data. We do not share your form submission data with any other third parties.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tools. We do not monitor or record your browsing behaviour on this site.
Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes. The only third-party services we use are Stripe (payments) and Netlify (hosting and forms), both of which are industry-standard and GDPR-compliant platforms.
Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary to deliver the services you've requested and to comply with any legal obligations. If you would like your information removed from our records, contact us and we will action it promptly.
Your Rights
